Mr. Zhang Sijie is proficient in international investment and international trade. Over more than twenty years in his legal practice, Mr. Zhang has advised hundreds of foreign and domestic state-owned and private enterprises and helped dozens of Chinese companies in completing their global business footprint. Mr. Zhang has extensive experience in various stages of international investment and cross-border M&A, as well as in international trade with respect to the purchase and sale of goods, insurance, transportation, cross-border payment and customs, and is familiar with relevant laws and practices in relation to export control and trade sanctions. Mr. Zhang has represented the clients in the manufacturing, automobile, energy, mining, agriculture, commerce, financial services, tourism and information technology industries. In addition, Mr. Zhang is good at representing international and foreign related dispute resolution and is experienced in providing comprehensive legal services in international trade, cross-border investment & M&A, and foreign-related dispute resolution.

Mr. Zhang Sijie was selected by the Talent Pool of a Thousand Foreign-related Lawyers of the Ministry of Justice of the PRC and the Talent Pool of PRC Lawyers' Association. Mr. Zhang is also a mediator of International Commercial Mediation Center for the Belt and Road and member of Chaoyang District Law Commission of Jiusan Society.
